Our helper Ekaterina is brilliant - friendly, professional and does a great job of our home. By far the best service we have had which is why we have now been with Just Helpers for several years.

Great job at short notice
I needed a cleaner for a one-off clean at short notice. The office team were helpful and efficient and got me a helper for the next day. She was really terrific. Easy to have in the house. She worked hard and did a thorough job. It was an all round great experience. If I didn’t have a long term relationship with another cleaner I’d switch to Just Helpers ASAP.

From the first contact with this Agency we were treated with great respect and all our questions were answered professionally. We opted for this Agency as the staff are paid a living wage and referred to as Helpers - showing they are also treated with dignity. A lady came to see our house to see what we would be expecting our Helper to do before the contract was drawn up. Our Helper is always on time, friendly and cleans to a very high standard. She observes very careful the Covid protocols which the Agency have in place at this time. We most highly recommend this Agency.

Incredibly efficient and friendly service (my lovely Helper even got me a Christmas card!) - they really go above and beyond, and my flat has never looked better. I really appreciated the pre-clean first meeting, where we talked about the needs I had for my flat and what would work best, I felt really listened to and considered.
I also really appreciate how ethically the Helpers are treated and paid - when I've used other services that's been a big concern of mine.

I was introduced to Just Helpers when the founder, Antoinette, connected with me on LinkedIn. When we were moving into our flat, Just Helpers was the first cleaning company I thought of to help us with our Start of Tenancy cleaning. We were lucky enough to get availability for just when we needed it. We had two ladies clean our flat for six hours on a Saturday. We paid extra for the cleaning kit as because the property was still vacant, it was going to be easier for Just Helpers to provide for us. I don't think the oven had ever been cleaned by the last owner, but when they were finished, it was sparkling clean. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Antoinette, and then all future correspondence was through Monika. Every interaction was professional and friendly. On departure the cleaning ladies packed my disinfectant wipes by mistake, which I mentioned because we were having quite a few deliveries and I wanted to wipe everything down. Monika apologised profusely and a few days later I received a box of cleaning wipes with a lovely note. The customer service has been excellent. I cannot fault Just Helpers, and if I ever need a cleaning service they will be the first people I will call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Edit 2:
Once again our booked cleaner never arrived. After contacting JH it turns out she never meant to take the job? That’s now 3 cleaners over 4 months who haven’t shown up, with very poor communication from JH. As yet we have no cleaner assigned. However, they do continue to send me invoice reminders.

I really wanted to like Just Helpers as I loved the sound of their approach and the way they apparently treat their staff. I'd even had a recommendation. However, things did not go well.

After an inital consultation, we were assigned a cleaner. Sadly, that cleaner had to pull out for personal reasons. We were assigned a replacement who also had to pull out for personal reasons. Weeks later, we managed to get a cleaner for a one off job, but unfortunately the cleaning was not of a very high standard.

We still really wanted to use JH to find a regular cleaner, but following the one off clean, they simply stopped replying to my emails.

Very disappointing.
