Lovely apartment, well located near the beach and on excellent transport routes. The local buses give easy access to all Valencia's attractions. Also good metro and tram links. The apartment was very quiet, well appointed and extremely comfortable. There is a good supermarket nearby if one wants to eat in, as well as a great range of recommended restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Apartments and we hope to return.

Gorgeous Barracart Apartments has become one of the emblematic places to stay at when in the Cabanyal (Valencia). Olga has thoughtfully designed and renovated this historic building with a balanced dose of charm and comfort.

It's private, within walking distance to the beach and has some of the best restaurants the neighborhood has to offer within range.

Olga is wonderful! She's detailed, hard working, friendly, and ready to be of assistance when needed. 🙂

GENIAL!! Todo nuevo y limpio.
El alojamiento está nuevo y es muy cómodo.
Se encuentra a 15 minutos de la playa de la Malvarrosa.
El barrio dispone de muchas opciones de bares, restaurantes, comida para llevar y muy cerca también del mercado municipal del Cabañal.
Por poner alguna pega... a veces se complica el encontrar aparcamiento. Por lo demás es inmejorable.

We had a fabulous stay here. The building: a lovely restored house with patio and roof terraces, and lots of shady greenery, high ceilings and wooden floors.
The accommodation: stylishly decorated and furnished, really comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen, spotlessly clean, and with all mod cons and comforts including aircon, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - shower pressure a tad low, but not a biggie, and everything else was perfect.
The location: just perfect! 500m from the nicest city beach I’ve ever seen, golden sand, warm clear water, lots of space even in summer! On a really nice street, shaded by palm trees, dotted with nice cafes and bars - and every other house in this area is decorated with the gorgeous coloured tiles that characterise the area.
Activities: we took grandkids to see the incredible architecture of the Parque de Artes y Ciencias, the Imax cinema, and the bioparc - all fantastic, and all close by to our accommodation.
Eating out: top recommendations (masses of choice!) include Viva Napoli for pizza, La Sastrería and Taska la Reina for wonderful tapas and drinks, and Cafetería Montañana - the friendliest cafe in the world (staff and patrons) a few doors up on the same street.
This was my first proper holiday in 15 years and couldn’t have been better. A really wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Olga was very helpful and also available. Neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. Tram and busses are close to easily to move around the city. This apartment is very nicely renovated and hopefully other houses in the neighborhood will get this treatment too.

Excellent location near the beach, in a calm neighbourhood. The apartment was fully equipped, comfortable and extremely well decorated. The kitchen had all the appliances necessary for meal preparation. Terrace on the 2nd floor was very handy for relaxing. Olga is a great host!

Excellent location for a Spanish City break to Valencia. Near the beach with a large variety of transport options to get around.
The warm and welcoming host, Olga, made every effort to discuss the places I'd like to see and the accommodation is luxurious and well maintained. Definitely a great place to return to... 5 Star - Plus

Fantastic boutique apart-hotel in a cool neighborhood of Valencia. Without a doubt our choice of hotel whenever we visit Valencia. Very well equipped and comfortable room. And above all a very nice hostess: Olga. She is the best... Be sure to reserve dinner at Casa Montaña via her!
