I needed help and the entire crew of four guys came out. The Even though the crew was very professional, this job proved to be something that I could feasibly DIY, and the crew literally told me how to do it. I was so blessed that they would actually help me instead of storming off when I said I wouldn’t need their services. They were totally understanding. All I can say is that Nick is a great guy! This is an impressive company.

Most people do not realize that air ducts need to be cleaned out. Just like draining your hot water tank once a year and changing your filter every 30 days. I lease the house I am in, I’ve been here for four years. The house was built in 1979 and has carpet. I clean house every weekend and the dust is horrible. My landlord was gracious enough to have it done. What a difference it has made. The 3 gentlemen that came to clean them were the most respectful and professional people I have met. They explained what they were doing each step and left my house clean.

We discovered a water leak after 6pm on a Sunday night and by 7pm Courtesy Care arrived. They promptly evaluated the situation and began removing water. They worked until after 10pm, removing baseboards, drying the interior wall and carpets. They came back Monday and again Tuesday, satisfied the area was dry and ready to be put back together. From the first call, to the last handshake, Courtesy Care staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.
