I have been with Molly Maid for monthly cleans for two years now and my experience has been nothing short of stellar.

The cleaning crew themselves work very thoroughly but quickly and efficiently and have always been very friendly and accomodating.

They also clearly communicated what time they will arrive and how long they will need, also gave me an appointment card for the next visit on each appointment which makes planning around them very easy.

The communication was excellent. They did everything they could to accommodate some cleaners for me at very short notice for my mother's wake. And the cleaners themselves were excellent, listened attentively, made suggestions of their own and then just got on with it. They barely stopped for the cuppa I offered them!!

I am absolutely HORRIFIED to have enquired that this company charges £80 an hour for domestic cleaning! I have honestly never heard of anything so obscene - which “includes tax” OUTRAGEOUS. Please please people be savvy and do your research this is bordering on obscene how much Molly Maid Bath charges - go elsewhere and shop around! Daylight robbery!

I'm new to Molly Maid. I appreciate that my rating is based on my really high standards and I'm more than happy to add more stars in future. I have been pleasantly surprised with how clean some things are and slightly disappointed with other things, but it's early days.
Overall, I love the idea of having our house professionally cleaned and though expensive, I'm pleased to have Molly Maid coming every fortnight.

Just an update to my initial review. As I said, it was early days. Since then and because I was disappointed with the standards of cleaning, I cancelled Molly Maid. I’ve decided to give this company 2 stars and wouldn’t recommend them.

Oh dear! Even though this was, by far, the most expensive quote we had for an end of tenancy clean, we went with them, mainly based on positive reviews. We had issues with the clean, some of which were beyond their control. It was the defensive, argumentative and, frankly, unprofessional way of dealing with the issues that was the problem. Both Jenny and Jim just went on and on, arguing, talking over me and generally being pretty unpleasant to deal with. Big NO

I needed help with a full spring clean to get me back on track for the New year. Two Molly Maids arrived exactly as agreed. They were both amazing. Professional, pleasant to have in the home and phenomenal work. My home sparkles in places it didn't know it had before! A total treat and wonderful. Thank you both and Molly Maid very much. Highly recommended.

MM helped keep my house clean during a particularly busy period and I really appreciated their efforts. The ladies were super, friendly, efficient, good clean (and the house was not easy with lots of change and extra stuff around the place!). Not the cheapest but I wanted a well known brand I could trust. Very happy overall and would recommend/have no hesitation in using again.
