It looks like Gail and I had a similar experience. I hate to leave a bad review and only do it if I wish someone else had before me and saved me a bad experience. I brought in two shirts. One had a tiny hole the size of a pinhead that needed to be mended. The other needed to be cleaned and have its buttons replaced. I was told to come back on a certain day the next week, which I did, but the button shirt was not ready. So I came back again the next day, and paid 30 Euros for both shirts. I find out that the button shirt had not been cleaned, so I do not pay for the additional 8 Euro cleaning fee. Annoying, but fortunately I have time before my trip to clean it, let it air dry, and iron it myself. I come home to find out that the buttons are not aligned and the shirt is lopsided when buttoned. I bring it back, and I show the owner that I believe that all buttons need to be replaced, and not just the last two. Her response was "I can see". I had been polite and patient, and she had not been - which is ironic, given the situation. I ask for the shirt to be cleaned and pressed this time, because the least you can do if you're not going to check that the buttons are aligned before, during, and after your work, is press the shirt. I also at this point have no time before my trip to clean it, let it dry, and iron it myself. I pick up the shirt and now the cleaning fee is 10 Euros, which honestly should have been waived and not increased to make up for the inconvenience and your mistake. Hopefully I save the next potential customer time, money, and poor service.

Brought in shirt to have sleeves shortened, Owner didn’t know the price, but said the shirt would be ready on Friday. Came in Friday, no price, no shirt. Went back the next week to pick up the shirt and was told that shortening the sleeves cost €25.
Totally outrageous price – I paid $10 at another place in Marbella. adios 5 Star.
